IMPORTANT **A waiver must be signed for each party goer by the parent or legal guardian of the child, not just someone who is accompanying them. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE will a child be allowed in the gym without a signed waiver. You can access the waiver below. Please bring signed waivers for each party goer the day of the party. A child registry list needs to be filled out with party goers names (first and last) and be provided to the Club for insurance purposes. (Links provided below)**
