*Adult Gymnastics Program* We are excited to announce a brand new partnership with CAPTivate Gymnastics to bring all-levels adult gymnastics classes right here into our facility! The CAPTivate Leduc program will run on Mondays 7:45-9:45pm, from April 7 to June 24, offering all-levels artistic gymnastics (training tumbling skills, handstands, handsprings, flip, beam, bars, and vault). The first two weeks of the session are a trial period, so you can try it out before you commit! CAPTivate’s adult gymnastics programs are for ages 16+, for brand new beginners up to ex-competitive gymnasts, for all fitness levels, all genders, and all body types. CAPTivate is the only adult gymnastics program in the country to offer make-up classes, so they welcome people with irregular work schedules!
